High res. image	Leif O. H�egh has been a Director of H�egh since 2000 and serves as Chairman. Leif O. H�egh is Chairman of H�egh Autoliners and Managing Director of Leif H�egh (UK) Ltd. He serves as Chairman of H�egh Capital Partners and H�egh Eiendom and as a Director of life science investment group NeoMed Management and investment adviser Partners Capital Group. Prior to joining LHC, Leif O. H�egh worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and as an investment banker with the Royal Bank of Canada Group. A Norwegian national, he holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

High res. image	S�ren Skou
High res. image	S�ren Skou was elected Deputy Chairman of H�egh in 2008. He is Partner and member of the Maersk Group's Executive Board and has since 2001 been CEO of Maersk Tankers in Copenhagen. In addition S�ren Skou has the overall reponsibility for the Group's marine construction and marine management departments as well as Group Oil Trading, HSE and Security. He joined the company as a shipping trainee and after having completed his shipping education he was stationed in New York. In 1986, he returned to Denmark where he joined Maersk Line. In 1994, S�ren Skou was stationed in China as Operations Manager before returning to Maersk Line as Director in 1998. The following year, he was transferred to Maersk Tankers and appointed Vice President, in 2001 Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President in 2003. A Danish National, S�ren Skou has supplemented his education with a Graduate Diploma in Commerce (HD) from Copenhagen Business School and a MBA (honours) from IMD as well as management courses at INSEAD.

High res. image	Morten W. H�egh has been a Director of H�egh since 2003. Morten W. H�egh is a Partner of H�egh Capital Partners and a Director of H�egh Eiendom AS and Hector Rail AB, and serves as a member of the Committee of the Gard P&I Club. From 1998 to 2000 he worked as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley in London. Morten W. H�egh holds an MBA with High Distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School and an SB in Ocean Engineering and SM in Ocean Systems Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. A Norwegian national, he is a graduate of the Military Russian Program at the Norwegian Defense Intelligence and Security School.

High res. image	Westye H�egh
High res. image	Westye H�egh has served as member of the Board of H�egh since 1974 and Chairman since 1984. Westye H�egh serves as Director. He has experience from banking and several positions in the Company. For many years he held various positions within the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association and was its President in 1994/95. Westye H�egh has been a member of the European Community Shipowners’ Association Council and served as Chairman of Intertanko from 1999 to 2001. He is a member of Norsk Hydro Shareholder Board (Bedriftsforsamling) and its Nomination Committee. He is Chairman of the Council of Det Norske Veritas and a Director of H�egh Invest Eiendom AS. Westye H�egh has a Bachelor of Law from the University of Oslo and holds an MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

High res. image	Martin Fruergaard
High res. image	Martin Fuergaard has been been a Director of H�egh since March 2008. He has been with A.P. Moller - Maersk since 1989 and serves today as Senior Vice President in Maersk Tankers in Copenhagen with responsibilities for the gas carriers activities including LNG and LPG. A Danish national, he holds an EMBA from IMD in Svitzerland.

High res. image	Mads Peter Zacho joined as Director of H�egh in March 2008 appointed by A.P. Moller - Maersk A/S. He joined A.P. Moller - Maersk A/S in 2004 and is Deputy Head of Finance. In addition, Mads Peter Zacho serves as Director of Danbor Service A/S, an offshore service provider and H2S Safety Services A/S, a safety service provider. Prior to A.P. Moller - Maersk A/S, Mads Peter Zacho worked in Nordea and International Finance Corporation, a subsidiary of the World Bank in Washington DC. A Danish national, he holds an M.Sc in Economics from University of Copenhagen and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

High res. image	Gunnar Reitan has been a Director of H�egh since 2000. He is the Deputy CEO of the SAS Group. Gunnar Reitan joined SAS in 1988 where he held the position as Executive Vice President and & CFO of the SAS Group up to 2002. He has previous experience from banking, industry and engineering and was Managing Director of AS Trondheim Trafikkselskap before joining the SAS Group. He is a member of several boards. Gunnar Reitan graduated as BA from Trondheim Business School in 1975.

High res. image	Jon Erik Reinhardsen
High res. image	Jon Erik Reinhardsen was elected Director of H�egh in September 2005. In 2008 he became CEO of Petroleum Geo-Services ASA. In 2005 he joined Alcoa Primary Metals in New York as President Global Primary Growth, responsible for all major investments in smelters, refineries and mines within Alcoa worldwide. Before joining Alcoa, Reinhardsen held various leading positions in Aker Kv�rner ASA. His last position was as Group Executive Vice President, Head of Houston Dual Headquarters. Reinhardsen holds a MSc degree in Applied Mathematics/Geophysics from the University of Bergen, Norway and has participated in the International Executive Program at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland in 1991.

High res. image	Ditlev Wedell-Wedellsborg
High res. image	Ditlev Wedell-Wedellsborg was elected as a Director of H�egh in 2006. He is the owner of Weco Transport, a travel agency and air cargo company in Copenhagen. Prior to that he was a partner in corporate finance boutique Capitellum, and has held various positions in Dannebrog Rederi, both companies situated in Denmark. He has also been an an analyst and consultant with McKinsey & Co. He is a member of several boards. Ditlev Wedell-Wedellsborg holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, France.
