Gemini Oil & Gas Limited (Gemini I)
Gemini I is a US $30 million, eight year, close-ended investment company. The Fund invests in oil and gas field appraisal and development activities in return for a share in the future gross revenue streams from the associated field. The Fund's committed capital is now 100% allocated to a variety of projects which are in a number of different geographical areas where there are established oil and gas reserves, existing industry infrastructure and a secure legal and fiscal framework.

The Fund was established in August 2000, had a final closing for investor commitments in July 2002 and plans to commence voluntary liquidation in August 2008. The Fund has a portfolio of ten deals, covering nine assets of which five are producing revenue, two are in development planning, one is preparing to be drilled and one is shut-in.

Gemini Oil & Gas Fund II, L.P. (Gemini II)
Gemini II is an eight-year, closed ended Jersey limited partnership established in June 2005 to continue the successful investing strategy of Gemini I. The Fund had an initial closing at US$21.25 million on 29th July. There will be subsequent closings as required in the following twelve months targeting total committed capital of US$150 million.

The Fund is managed in Jersey by Gemini Oil & Gas Management
Limited which is advised initially by Gemini Advisors. In due course, the fund advisory role will be transferred to Gemini Oil & Gas Advisors LLP, a limited liability partnership set up by the partners of Gemini Advisors to act as the investment advisor to Gemini II.

Gemini Advisors, the investment advisor to Gemini I and the initial investment advisor to Gemini II, is a division of Höegh Capital Partners Advisors Ltd.
