Ditlev Wedell-Wedellsborg
Ditlev Wedell-Wedellsborg was elected as a Director of Höegh in 2006. He is the owner of Weco Transport, a travel agency and air cargo company in Copenhagen. Prior to that he was a partner in corporate finance boutique Capitellum, and has held various positions in Dannebrog Rederi, both companies situated in Denmark. He has also been an an analyst and consultant with McKinsey & Co. He is a member of several boards. Ditlev Wedell-Wedellsborg holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, France.

Cameron E. Adderley
Cameron Adderley has been a director of Höegh since 2003. Cameron Adderley is a Partner of Appleby Spurling Hunter, LHC’s Bermuda counsel and a member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Practice Group. Cameron Adderley focuses on the needs of the firm’s international telecommunications clients and his practice includes advising on the structuring of joint ventures, financing transactions, syndicated bank lending and private placements. Cameron Adderley graduated from the University of Bristol with an LLB (Hons) degree in 1989 and qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1992 (now non-practising). He was called to the Bermuda Bar in September 1993.

Michael L. Jones
Michael Jones has been a director of Höegh since 2003. Michael Jones is a Partner of Appleby Spurling Hunter, LHC’s Bermuda counsel. He has a broad-based corporate and commercial practice, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, mutual funds and corporate finance. He qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1972 (now non-practising) and was called to the Bermuda Bar in 1978. He is a member of The Law Society of England and Wales, the International Bar Association and the Bermuda Bar Association. He was Director/Secretary of the Bermuda International Business Association from 1981 to 1996 and from 1995 to 1996 served as a Director of the Bermuda International Shipping Association. Michael Jones holds a BA (Honours) degree in Jurisprudence from Merton College, Oxford University.

Jon Erik Reinhardsen
Jon Erik Reinhardsen was elected director of Höegh in September 2005. In 2005 he joined Alcoa Primary Metals in New York as President Global Primary Growth, responsible for all major investments in smelters, refineries and mines within Alcoa worldwide. Before joining Alcoa, Reinhardsen held various leading positions in Aker Kværner ASA. His last position was as Group Executive Vice President, Head of Houston Dual Headquarters. Reinhardsen holds a MSc degree in Applied Mathematics/Geophysics from the University of Bergen, Norway and has participated in the International Executive Program at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland in 1991.

Gunnar Reitan
Gunnar Reitan has been a Director of Höegh since 2000. He is the Deputy CEO of the SAS Group. Gunnar Reitan joined SAS in 1988 where he held the position as Executive Vice President and & CFO of the SAS Group up to 2002. He has previous experience from banking, industry and engineering and was Managing Director of AS Trondheim Trafikkselskap before joining the SAS Group. He is a member of several boards. Gunnar Reitan graduated as BA from Trondhiem Business School in 1975.

Jörgen Ekberg
Jörgen Ekberg has been a Director of Höegh since 2000. He is a Senior Partner of Litorina Capital Management AB in Stockholm. Prior to that he was the President & CEO of ASG/Danzas AB and has experience as Senior Engagement Manager for McKinsey & Co in Stockholm and Hong Kong. He is a member of several boards. Jörgen Ekberg holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.

Morten W. Høegh
Morten W. Høegh is the primary beneficiary of a trust that jointly controls the Company. He has been a Director of Höegh since 2003 and serves as Deputy Chairman. Morten W. Høegh is a Partner of Höegh Capital Partners and a Director of Höegh Eiendom AS and Hector Rail AB, and serves as a member of the Committee of the Gard P&I Club. From 1998 to 2000 he worked as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley in London. Morten W. Høegh holds an MBA with High Distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School and an SB in Ocean Engineering and SM in Ocean Systems Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. A Norwegian national, he is a graduate of the Military Russian Program at the Norwegian Defense Intelligence and Security School.

Leif O. Høegh
Leif O. Høegh is the primary beneficiary of a trust that jointly controls the Company. He has been a Director of Höegh since 2000 and serves as Deputy Chairman. Leif O. Høegh is Chairman of Höegh Autoliners and Managing Director of Leif Höegh (UK) Ltd. He serves as Chairman of Höegh Capital Partners and Höegh Eiendom and as a Director of life science investment group NeoMed Management and investment adviser Partners Capital Group. Prior to joining LHC, Leif O. Høegh worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and as an investment banker with the Royal Bank of Canada Group. A Norwegian national, he holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Westye Høegh
Westye Høegh has served as member of the Board of Höegh since 1974 and Chairman since 1984. Westye Høegh has experience from banking and several positions in the Company. For many years he held various positions within the Norwegian Shipowners' Association and was its President in 1994/95. Westye Høegh has been a member of the European Community Shipowners' Association Council and served as Chairman of Intertanko from 1999 to 2001. He is a member of Norsk Hydro Shareholder Board (Bedriftsforsamling) and its Nomination Committee. He is Chairman of the Council of Det Norske Veritas and a Director of Höegh Invest Eiendom AS. Westye Høegh has a Bachelor of Law from the University of Oslo and holds an MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
