Morten W. Høegh
Morten W. Høegh serves as Chairman of Höegh LNG and a Director of Höegh Autoliners. He is a Partner of Höegh Capital Partners, Chairman of Höegh Eiendom and a Director of Hector Rail AB, and serves as a member of the Board of the Gard P&I Club. From 1998 to 2000 he worked as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley in London. Morten W. Høegh holds an MBA with High Distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering and Master of Science in Ocean Systems Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. A Norwegian national, he is a graduate of the Military Russian Program at the Norwegian Defense Intelligence and Security School.

Leif O. Høegh
Leif O. Høegh serves as Chairman of Höegh Autoliners and Deputy Chairman of Höegh LNG. He is a Director of Höegh Capital Partners, Höegh Eiendom, Hector Rail and Rift Valley Holdings. In addition he is a Director of life science investment group NeoMed Management and marine mutual Norwegian Hull Club. Earlier, Leif O. Høegh worked for McKinsey & Company and the Royal Bank of Canada Group. A Norwegian national, he holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ditlev Wedell-Wedellsborg
Ditlev Wedell-Wedellsborg serves as Director of Höegh. He is the owner of Weco Invest A/S, an investment company working out of Copenhagen. Previously he was a partner in the corporate finance boutique Capitellum and prior to this held various positions in the Danish shipping company Dannebrog Rederi. He has also been a consultant with McKinsey & Co. Ditlev Wedell-Wedellsborg holds a MBA from INSEAD, France and a BA in economics from Stanford University.

Cameron E. Adderley
Cameron Adderley serves as Director of Höegh. Cameron Adderley is a Partner of Appleby, Höegh’s Bermuda counsel and a member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Practice Group. Cameron Adderley focuses on the needs of the firm’s international telecommunications clients and his practice includes advising on the structuring of joint ventures, financing transactions, syndicated bank lending and private placements. Cameron Adderley graduated from the University of Bristol with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree in 1989 and qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1992 (now non-practising). He was called to the Bermuda Bar in September 1993.

Michael L. Jones
Michael Jones serves as Director of Höegh. Michael Jones is a Partner of Appleby, Bermuda counsel. He has a broad-based corporate and commercial practice, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, mutual funds and corporate finance. He qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1972 (now non-practising) and was called to the Bermuda Bar in 1978. He is a member of The Law Society of England and Wales, the International Bar Association and the Bermuda Bar Association. He was Director/Secretary of the Bermuda International Business Association from 1981 to 1996 and from 1995 to 1996 served as a Director of the Bermuda International Shipping Association. Michael Jones holds a BA (Hons) degree in Jurisprudence from Oxford University.

Jon Erik Reinhardsen
Jon Erik Reinhardsen serves as Director of Höegh. In 2008 he became CEO of Petroleum Geo-Services ASA. In 2005 he joined Alcoa Primary Metals in New York as President Global Primary Growth, responsible for all major investments in smelters, refineries and mines within Alcoa worldwide. Before joining Alcoa, Reinhardsen held various leading positions in Aker Kværner ASA (now Aker Solutions ASA). His last position was as Group Executive Vice President, Head of Houston Dual Headquarters. Reinhardsen holds a MSc degree in Applied Mathematics/Geophysics from the University of Bergen, Norway and has participated in the International Executive Program at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland in 1991.

Gunnar Reitan
Gunnar Reitan serves as Director of Höegh. He was the Deputy CEO of the SAS Group up to August 2007 and is now the Executive Chairman of Strata Marine & Offshore AS, which is an Oil Service Group within engineering and precision machining production. Gunnar Reitan is Chairman of the listed companies Global Geo Services and Northern Logistic Property and holds several other board positions. Gunnar Reitan is graduated as BA from Trondheim Business School in 1975.

Andrew Jamieson
|

Mr. Andrew Jamieson was elected to the Board of Directors of Höegh LNG Limited and Leif Höegh & Co Limited in the respective companies Annual General Meetings held in June 2009. He brings with him vast experience from the energy industry in general and LNG in particular, having been in charge of both the North West shelf project in Australia and Nigeria LNG for a number of years.
Andrew Jamieson (born 1947) retired from the Royal Dutch Shell group this summer where he has served as Executive Vice President Gas & Projects and Member Gas & Power Executive Committee since 2005. From 1999 to 2004 he was Managing Director in Nigeria LNG Ltd and Vice President in Bonny Gas Transport. Mr. Jamieson has been with Royal Dutch Shell group since 1974 with positions in The Netherlands, Denmark, Australia and Nigeria, and he has been a director on the boards of several Shell companies. Mr. Jamieson holds a Ph.D. degree from Glasgow University and he resides in UK and Australia.

Thor Jørgen Guttormsen

Thor Jørgen Guttormsen serves as director of Höegh Autoliners Holdings AS / Höegh LNG Limited since June 2009. He has held various positions within the Höegh group since 1973. He was President of Leif Höegh & Co AS from 1992 and Leif Höegh & Co Limited from 2003 to 2009. He took the position as CEO of Höegh Autoliners AS when all aspects of the Ro/Ro operations were merged into Höegh Autoliners in March 2005. Thor Jørgen Guttormsen retired as CEO and President in November 2008. He now holds board positions in various companies in the Höegh group. Thor Jørgen Guttormsen holds a MSc degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
