President & Chief Executive Officer Höegh LNG

Sveinung Støhle joined Höegh LNG as CEO in August 2005. He has more than 20 years experience from the energy industry, of which 15 related to LNG from both shipping and oil and gas companies. This experience covers, i. a., Commercial Director in charge of Marketing and Shipping with Nigeria LNG in Lagos and more recently as President for Total LNG USA in Houston being in charge of all LNG activities in the US market.

Chief Operating Officer Höegh LNG

Stephan Tschudi-Madsen has since joining the Höegh Group 25 years ago held various positions. In 1988 he became involved in the LNG industry through business development and the LNG fleet operation of the company. Having been responsible for the LNG activity for several years, he has played the key role in the development of Höegh LNG. His experience has brought him to serve on the Boards of affiliated companies within the Höegh Group.

Chief Financial Officer
Steffen Føreid joined Höegh LNG in June 2010. Steffen has priviously served as CFO at Grenland Group ASA, which is a stock-listed company, and as EVP in a management-buy-out of Kværner. Furthermore, he has worked within group business development at Aker Kværner ASA and corporate lending and M&A at JPMorganChase. Steffen hold a Msc. degree in finance and business management from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland.

Senior Vice President, Newbuilding & Technical Development
Vegard Hellekleiv joined Höegh LNG in January 2008. Since 1998 he has held various newbuilding and ship management positions in Höegh. He holds a master of science degree from Trondheim and worked 3 years with Det Norske Veritas before he joined Höegh.

Senior Vice President, Regas Business

Ragnar Wisløff joined Hoegh LNG in 2005. His experience in the gas industry covers 15 years in both upstream and downstream activities with Esso, Total and Norsk Hydro. He holds an M.Sc. in Marine Engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Senior Vice President, FPSO Business Area

Gunnar Knutsen joined Höegh LNG as Project Manager for the LNG FPSO in 2008. He was appointed Senior Vice President for the FPSO business area in December 2009. He has almost 30 years experience from project management, project control, procurement and contracts administration from the offshore oil and gas industry. The experience covers execution of projects for fixed offshore installations, sub-sea field developments as well as several FPSO projects.
