The company structure consists of Höegh LNG Limited, the ship owning company based in Bermuda, and Höegh LNG AS, which is the management company, in charge of the daily running of the fleet, based in Oslo, Norway.
The company will ensure development of human resources both on board and ashore, in order to meet the requirements of a quality conscious and demanding industry in the best possible way.

Finance
The finance section is responsible for the daily financial activities of the company, as well as structuring financial arrangements for new projects.
Fleet & Operations
Fleet & Operations is responsible for the day to day management and commercial operation of our growing fleet of LNG carriers.
Technical management and crewing is provided by Höegh Fleet Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leif Höegh & Co AS.
Project Development
Project Development is responsible for seeking, developing and implementing new business opportunities as defined by Höegh LNG’s strategy, drawing on resources from the Leif Höegh & Co Group.
Project Development is further responsible for continuous development of our regas solutions and new technology for natural gas transportation. It is responsible for our R&D and is actively involved in Joint Industry Projects working closely with other industry experts.
