gasNatural is a Spanish multi-national energy company focusing its activity on the supply, distribution and commercialisation of natural gas in Spain and Latin America, where it has over 9 million customers.
gasNatural has entered into a joint venture with Repsol for further developement of the LNG business of the two companies. The charter party for Norman Lady was signed in February 1996 for commencement in 2000. The period for the time charter is 13 years, containing an option for an additional 7 years subject to technical condition of the vessel.
